Administrative Assistant
Montreal
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Montreal office to support our team of consultants. The specific duties associated with this position include:

Coordinating the travel itineraries of Callosum’s consultants

Booking focus group facilities and coordinating details with clients
-
Taking notes during internal meetings
-
Occasional preparation of reports (data entry and slide design)
-
Translation of documents from English to French or vice versa
-
Other general administrative support for the office as needed
Requirements:​
-
5 years of experience in an administrative role
-
Strong verbal and written skills in English and French
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Exceptional attention to detail
-
Strong organizational and project management skills

In addition to the above, the candidate will ideally:

Be familiar with Mac operating systems
