Administrative Assistant


We are seeking an Administrative Assistant in our Montreal office to support our team of consultants. The specific duties associated with this position include:


  • Coordinating the travel itineraries of Callosum’s consultants

  • Booking focus group facilities and coordinating details with clients

  • Taking notes during internal meetings

  • Occasional preparation of reports (data entry and slide design)

  • Translation of documents from English to French or vice versa

  • Other general administrative support for the office as needed



  • 5 years of experience in an administrative role

  • Strong verbal and written skills in English and French

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

In addition to the above, the candidate will ideally:

  • Be familiar with Mac operating systems
