Study: Attitudes and Expectations of the Working Population in Canada




Attracting and retaining talent has been a challenge for many employers in recent years. The labour shortage has led some employers to use television advertisements to attract new recruits. In addition, conferences on the Employer Brand, and how to develop it, are commonplace in 2023.


More than ever, it is important for employers and companies to identify the needs of the current workforce in order to overcome this shortage and to ensure the growth and sustainability of their corporate activities. In this context, Callosum Marketing launched a study to understand the attitudes and expectations of the working population in Canada and to establish bases of comparison and segmentation. With this in mind, a quantitative research project was conducted.
