  • Qualitative Research Process
    Set Objectives We begin with a kick-off call to understand the background behind your research needs, and learn more about what questions you are hoping to answer or what insights you need to take your product or service to the next level. Propose Methodology Based on your specific needs and situation, we will prepare a proposal and suggest a research strategy. This proposal will concisely articulate how insights will be collected, what type of research is required, a timeline, and offer various options you can select, based on your budget. Outline the Target Based on our experiences and best practices, we will suggest a composition of participants in your research to best represent the population that you wish to target – Participants can be from the general population or from your client/employee database. Recruitment Prior to selection, participants are carefully interviewed using a screening questionnaire (designed with your input and approval) to ensure only those that match your specific criteria are included – we update you on progress throughout the recruitment process, so you can see that you are receiving input from the target you desire. Write the Discussion Guide With your input and approval, we write a discussion guide that takes participants through a series of questions that flow from high-level questioning to deep-dives on pertinent topics – we can work with your teams to showcase any stimulus required or to prompt participant answers, and we will handle the translation of any material, as needed. Conduct Research! Whether moderating focus groups, interviewing individual participants, leading online discussion boards, or whatever your project requires, we make sure you can view the action and ask additional questions as required – virtual discussions are a great way for you and participants to easily take part from the comfort of the home or office. Analyze Results We write a report that takes a thorough look at all topics covered in the research – but we will always include a summary with recommendations that can easily be shared with other parties who are not as familiar with the project. Present Findings We invite all stakeholders to be part of a presentation and discussion to share the findings from the research. We tailor these presentations based on how familiar the group is with market research practices and the project itself.
  • Quantitative Research Process

Write Questionnaire With your input and approval, we write a survey that takes respondents through a series of questions that flow from high-level questioning to deep-dives on pertinent topics – we can work with your teams to showcase any stimulus required to be tested or to prompt participant answers. Program Survey We handle all programming of the survey and any translation required. Before we start data collection, you can test the survey and see for yourself what the experience will be like for respondents. Data collection Callosum handles the collection of survey responses - we keep you fully updated throughout the process, so you can see that responses are gathered from your various targets.
